ELVALHALCOR: Announcement of the sale and transfer to "ELVALHALCOR S.A." of all the assets of "Ipiros Metalworks Industry S.A."
The company under the trade name "ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." (hereinafter referred to as "ELVALHALCOR S.A.") announces to the investment community that, on April 13, 2018, "ELVALHALCOR S.A." and the company under the trade name "SOL Certified Public Accountants", in its capacity as liquidator of the company under the trade name "Ipiros Metalworks Industry S.A." (hereinafter referred to as "I.M.I. S.A."), signed a notarial deed for the sale and transfer to "ELVALHALCOR S.A." of all the assets of "I.M.I. S.A.", indicatively and not exclusively, receivables, rights, signs, patents, logos, trademarks, brand name all administrative licenses related to the operation of the assets of "I.M.I. S.A." in consideration of a sum equal to euro 2.5 million.
The aim is to re-activate the production and through facilitating the international commercial network of "ELVALHALCOR S.A.", to transform the unit into an exporting one.
